Welcome to the official AMBASSADOR21 merch store. By grabbing our stuff, you agree to the terms below. Nothing scary – just the usual ground rules so everything runs smoothly.

1. Who we are

We’re AMBASSADOR21, and this is our official store.

2. The merch

Everything here is official band merch – made with love and loud music.

Some items are limited runs (once they’re gone, they’re gone)

3. Prices & payment

Prices are in EURO
You pay at checkout
Prices can change, but not after you’ve already ordered

4. Orders

Once you place an order, you’ll get a confirmation email – if you don’t, check your spam folder.

We reserve the right to:

Cancel orders if something goes wrong (payment problems, etc.)

If we cancel, you get your money back.

5. Shipping (aka the waiting game)

Orders usually ship within 5 business days
Delivery times depend on where you live
International orders might get hit with customs fees

We ship within the EU + Switzerland, Norway, UK and Ireland only.
Shipping cost:
1-3 items €13–€16 total, depending on your location
4-7 items €20–€25 total, depending on your location

Once your package leaves us, it’s in the hands of the shipping gods. We’ll help if something goes wrong, but delays can happen.

6. Damaged or missing stuff

If your order shows up looking like it survived a mosh pit, let us know – we will find a solution.

7. Our designs = our stuff

All artwork, logos, and designs belong to AMBASSADOR21.

8. Don’t be weird

By using this site, you agree not to:

Do anything illegal
Mess with the website
Place fake or sketchy orders

Basically: be cool.

9. Liability (the boring but important bit)

We’re not responsible for indirect damages or weird edge-case issues.

Everything is sold “as is,” but we’ll always try to treat you fairly if something goes wrong.
